Any email you receive from an employee of First Fire (“the Company”), including any attachments (“the Email”), is subject to this disclaimer.
Confidentiality
The Email may contain confidential, privileged, or legally protected information. If you are not the intended recipient (or authorised representative):
- Please notify the sender immediately by reply email, phone, or fax.
- Delete the Email and any attachments from your system.
- Do not read, copy, print, forward, disclose, store, or otherwise use any part of the Email for any purpose.
Unauthorised use may constitute a breach of privacy, copyright, or communication laws and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
Liability
The Company and its employees accept no responsibility for:
- Any loss, damage, or expense arising from the transmission of an Email, including viruses, malware, data corruption, or unauthorised access.
- Any reliance placed on information contained in the Email, unless confirmed in writing by the Company.
The views and opinions expressed in the Email are those of the author and do not necessarily represent the views of the Company.
Prohibited Use
Employees of the Company are strictly prohibited from sending:
- Unsolicited commercial communications (“spam”).
- Content that infringes third-party rights (including copyright, trademarks, or goodwill).
- Content that is offensive, defamatory, racist, derogatory, or otherwise unlawful.
If the Email you receive falls into any of these categories, it was sent outside the scope of the employee’s authority, and the Company will not be held liable.
No Contract by Email
The Company does not enter into binding agreements via Email. Any agreement with the Company must be confirmed in a separate, duly signed written document. Please request proof of authority if an employee purports to conclude an agreement by Email.
Fraud and Phishing
The Company will never notify you of changes to its banking details via Email. If you receive such a message, do not act on it. Instead, contact your Company representative immediately to confirm payment details.
The Company cannot accept responsibility or liability for any losses arising from fraudulent or “phishing” emails sent by third parties.
